3.1 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging.
3.2 We will refund the purchase price of the product(s), less any applicable delivery fees, once we have received the returned product(s) and confirmed that they are in good condition.
3.3 If the product(s) you have received are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4.3 Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or EFT.
4.4 If payment is made by EFT, we will only dispatch the product(s) once payment has been received and confirmed by our bank.
